Great Photos. Did it touch down with no nose gear or did it collapse just when the nose touched down? Damage doesnt look too too bad - any injuries?

It took off from Sacramento Airport headed to San Diego. The flight crew could not cycle the gear to retract fully and were experiencing Hydraulic issues. They decided to divert to Oakland due to our straight in approach and 10,000' runway. The Plane did 3 low Fly-Bys" to get the gear to deploy fully in the down position. On each fly-by the nose gear would not deploy or one of the main gear would not retract. Afterwards, they finally were able to get the gear down and showed "3 In-the Green" on their instrument panel (which indicates the gear is down and "Locked". When the plane did touch down it rolled approximately 50-75' before the nose gear collapsed and retracted back up inside. Some of the passengers didn't know that the gear had collapsed only stating that it felt rougher than ususal.
